I work with film and video game companies, writers, artists and other intellectual property holders and businesses in connection with a wide range of matters.



My practice focuses on advising clients on trademark law (including counseling, prosecution, domain name disputes, and other enforcement activities), copyright law, merchandising and licensing deals, video game development, publishing and distribution deals, new media, film deals, and other entertainment-related legal and transactional matters.



I have been a guest lecturer/panelist at the Boston Bar Association, the Northeastern University School of Law, and Law Seminars International's The Law of Digital Games conference in Boston.
