Gamut Production Service 's background includes a combination of experiences in Live Event, Entertainment, Theatrical and Corporate Trade Production. Specific expertise lies in complex logistic planning and management. Services have included event, site and facility management, along with the development and production of one-off and touring programs.
 

Alex Saunders has developed and maintained numerous vendor relationships, and is skilled at coordinating and negotiating audio/visual, labor, transportation, and other logistical services. He has managed regular staffs of  twenty five, has wrangled touring companies of forty, and has overseen event crews exceeding fifty personnel.  


Other abilities include  creation of Statements of Work,  Performance Contracts, Vendor Contracts, Talent Agreements and Production Riders. Individually, GPS has developed and monitored production budgets exceeding $500,000. As team members, we have built and tracked project budgets surpassing $ 1,500,000.
