Nestled on a hillside not far from downtown Great Barrington, Massachusetts is the the AIER Main House. Designed in a Cotswold Cottage style, this historic mansion was was built in the late 1920’s. The picturesque 100-acre AIER campus is adjacent to the pristine waters of Long Pond and provides the ideal backdrop for any filming project. The AIER entrance way and stone walls are surrounded by a canopy of trees and a wide array of wildlife.

The elegant glass chandeliers, rounded doorways, antique furniture, a spiral staircase and stone flooring of the entry hall are a few of the stunning features of this building. The ballroom’s Antique glass doors on the south side open to an expansive lawn, patio and a beautiful view of Mt. Everett and the valley below. Adjacent to the ballroom and entry hall are several smaller rooms, with open fireplaces and classical architectural features. The Main House has fifteen bedrooms along with a ballroom, dining room, library, sitting room, entry hall and outdoor patio.
